C.R. Cardin

Meet the Author

I was born in Santa Monica, California and obtained a degree in computer science from the University of Florida. Being bi-coastal, I enjoy the water very much with everything it has to offer, skiing, fishing, boating, jet skiing, and scuba diving although I’m not one to just sit and bask in the sun... too boring.

When I’m not writing, I fulfill my passions for travel and collecting wine. I’ve touched the Great Pyramid, ridden a camel to the top of Mount Sinai to watch the sun rise, walked the gardens at Versailles, gazed upon the city of Athens from the Acropolis, navigated the Catacombs, caught the eye of Mona Lisa at the Louvre, tasted French Bordeaux straight form the barrel, toured the Nile by boat, spent the night overlooking the sea on the isle of Capri, stood in the mist at Stonehenge, climbed the steps to the top of the monastery at Mont St. Michel, dined at Le Louis XV in Monte Carlo, and explored the lost city of Petra.

My father was an engineer so my love of science was nurtured first. Then in college, I played drums in a rock and roll band! It wasn’t until I reached my thirties that I began to appreciate the arts and I started to write. So I’ve been working on both sides of my brain, logical and creative for a while.
